How to use

  1. Wet your face or body with lukewarm water.
  2. Take about a teaspoon and warm it between your fingertips.
  3. Massage in small circles for 30 to 60 seconds - light pressure on the face, firmer on elbows, knees and heels.
  4. Rinse with water and pat dry, then follow with your usual moisturiser.
  5. Use once or twice a week. Avoid the eye area. For external use only.
