A glow face pack that comes as a dry powder, so you mix only as much as you need. Rice starch and kaolin clay make the base; papaya, banana and amla powders do the rest. Stir a spoonful with rose water and it turns into a smooth paste in under a minute.

Why you'll love it

  • Mixed fresh every time — the powder stays dry in the pouch until you add rose water, so every application is made the moment you use it
  • Leaves skin looking bright and even — papaya and amla powders sit on the surface and rinse away carrying the dulling layer of dust and oil with them
  • Takes the shine off oily days — kaolin clay absorbs excess surface oil as the pack dries, without pulling at the skin
  • Comfortable as it sets — rice starch and coconut milk powder soften the paste, so it dries to a flexible film rather than a tight crust
  • You control the strength — mix it thick with rose water for a clay-forward pack, or looser with milk or curd for a gentler one

Key ingredients

  • Kaolin clay — the absorbent base; it takes up excess surface oil while the pack dries, which is what leaves skin matte after rinsing
  • Papaya powder — a fruit powder used here for a fresh, even-looking finish once the pack is washed off
  • Amla powder — Indian gooseberry, included as a skin-conditioning fruit powder
  • Green tea & basil leaf powder — botanical powders that give the pack its earthy scent and its green cast

The complete ingredient list is printed on the pack.

Who it's for

All skin types, all ages, men and women alike. Oily and combination skin will get the most out of the clay; if your skin runs dry, mix the powder with milk or curd instead of rose water. Patch test on the inner arm and wait 24 hours before the first use on your face. Keep clear of the eyes and lips, and do not use on broken, sunburnt or actively irritated skin. For external use only.

FAQ

Q1. How long will a 50 g pack last?

About 12 to 15 applications, going by roughly a teaspoon of powder each time. Used once or twice a week, that works out to two or three months for one person.

Q2. What should I mix it with?

Rose water is the recommended mix. It makes a smooth paste and suits most skin. Milk or curd works well if your skin runs dry, and plain water is fine too, though the paste sets a little faster.

Q3. Is this suitable for oily skin?

Yes. Kaolin clay is the main base, and it absorbs excess surface oil as the pack dries, which makes it a comfortable fit for oily and combination skin. Dry skin can use it too, mixed with milk or curd instead of rose water.

Q4. Can men use this?

Yes. It is unisex and made for all skin types. Apply it after washing your face, and work around the beard line rather than over it, since dried powder is harder to rinse out of hair.

Q5. Does it contain parabens?

No. The pack is free from parabens and silicones. It is a dry blend of rice starch, kaolin clay and fruit and herb powders, and the complete list is printed on the pouch.
